Ateliers autour de l'enluminure, de la calligraphie et de l'art médiéval
Ces ateliers peuvent être effectués dans un musée, une bibliothèque, un centre d'archives, un monument historique. Ils s'adressent aussi aux associations, centre sociaux, comités d'entreprises, groupes de reconstitution historique. Je me déplace aussi chez les particuliers : groupe d'amis, cousinade, etc.
J'habite à Valence (26000), mais je me déplace aussi en Rhône-Alpes. Pour chaque intervention, je demande le défraiement de mes frais de transport, de repas et d'hébergement (si il y a lieu). Concernant les détails de la prestation en elle-même, je vous invite à me contacter pour en discuter.
Group of adults: illumination, history and techniques
For who ? A group of adults: works council, association, club, pageant group, group of friends, family, etc. Maximum 30 people.
Or ? At your home or in your premises.
The main styles of the history of illumination are discussed, illustrated with numerous reproductions. You will be able to see and touch the different writing media (paper and parchment), the writing tools (calamus, quill pen and metallic feather) and brushes. You will observe some rough stones with which are made mineral pigments and metal sheets ( gold, silver, aluminum ), before discovering the different stages of the creation of a manuscript and an illumination.
How long ? 1 to 3 hours.
Group of children: what is the illumination?
For who ? A group of 15 to 28 children, from 6 to 18 years old. Each intervention is adapted to the age of the audience.

Children can see and touch the various writing media (paper and parchment) and writing tools (calamus, quill pen and metallic quill). They observe some rough stones with which mineral pigments are made, before discovering the different stages of the creation of an illumination.
