STAGES D'ENLUMINURE ET DE CALLIGRAPHIE MÉDIÉVALE DANS LA DRÔME
Stage de 3 à 5 jours au choix.
Horaires : 9h30-12h / 14h-17h30.
6 stagiaires maximum.
Pratique de l'enluminure et de la calligraphie pour adultes de tous niveaux : des débutants aux confirmés.

Venez découvrir cet "art de la lumière" qu'est l'enluminure, art médiéval de jeu avec les couleurs.
Les stagiaires choisissent leurs sujets parmi un large choix d'enluminures de toutes les époques, selon leurs goûts et le temps qu'ils veulent y consacrer. Ils réalisent leurs œuvres de A à Z : préparation du support, report du dessin, cernes noirs, mise en couleur, détails, drapés, visages et finitions.
En parallèle, il est proposé le matin de la calligraphie en autonomie (Léoncel uniquement). La calligraphie médiévale est l’art de la belle écriture. Les stagiaires réalisent leurs propres créations d’après des poèmes, citations, etc. Plusieurs types de calligraphies sont proposés.

Ces deux disciplines sont accessibles à tous, il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir déjà pratiqué la peinture ou le dessin. Stage pour adultes débutants à confirmés. 8 personnes maximum. Matériel compris, sauf petit matériel (pinceaux, crayons, chiffon, gomme).
Course of an adult course
I will begin by presenting to you the universe of medieval illumination and calligraphy: history, graphic styles, materials, anecdotes ... It is also a moment of dialogue. There are no silly questions!
Then, the choice of the subject to be made will come: copy of illumination (I have a hundred of them available), interpretation from several illuminations, illuminated and / or calligraphy creation (illustrated quote, illuminated on a theme that you like, announcement etc).
Then the actual work: preparation of the support (if parchment), layout, transfer of the drawing if necessary or drawing on the support, installation of gold or silver leaf, discovery of colors, installation solids, background details, folds of clothing, faces and finishes.

If there is calligraphy: choice of alphabet and text, testing of calligraphic tools and inks, layout, practice in draft writing, clean writing, small finishing touches with a pen.
